#18000 — Refresh

Right now, I opened a Firefox profile that I had not opened in a longish 
time. I get a prompt at the top of the Window that says:

(¡) It looks like you haven't started Fireox in a while. Do you want to 
clean it up for a fres, like-new experience: And by the way, welcome 
back! [Refresh firefox]

That is dangerous wording. One might be tempted to press it. Of course I 
know better. I would like to do something so that the prompt never appears!

Good.  But it's a value judgment that extensions and personalization are 
NOT essential.  Given that I've spent decades on 'personalization' (much 
of which has been eliminated with various updates, much to my great 
anger) I donot regard such things so lightly.  OTOH, occasional users 
probably haven't done that so there's little to lose.  Still...

Fixed that so it's actually clickable.Good to know that the stuff isn't 
permanently lost but is saved in a file. It would also be possible to go 
back to the old profile, since a new one is created.  I guess there are 
penalties for inattention, but perhaps they're less painful to the 
inattentive.
