Yes, I do, but I want to write about it later with a whole long post, and after I write to the author if possible.. This is a Firefox Add-on, and I thought the author's address would be listed. (Maybe I'm thinking of Android apps.) I haven't checked other add-ons to see if they never list the author's address, or if they do and this one is shy.
