Because of problems with my laptop I need to replace it. It will be an
HP Windows 11 computer.

However I still have old Windows 10 computers are on the LAN, that I
must share files with. I am I going to have a fight to get the Windows
11 computer to get it to share files with the old Windows 10 computers?

If so any suggestions on solution to standard Windows 11 file sharing on
the local network?

I have a windows 11 laptop that shares perfectly well with a Windows 10
and a Windows 7 laptop. No problems.

Thanks I have several GB of data to transfer plus program system files.
I would hate to have to spend hours getting it online.

The sharing process is the same.
Configure the new device exactly like the old.

When 'transferring'(your term)
  - consider 'copying' not 'moving'
  - also note that some programs and files once copied may have
'blocked' properties due to having origins on a different device.

The best way to share files on your home network is by using ftp.
Windows 11 has built in ftp app but you can use GUI versions such as
FileZilla <https://filezilla-project.org/> or WinSCP
<https://winscp.net/eng/download.php>. Both are free and actively
supported. Also there are many YouTube Videos showing how to use them.

You need client versions to use them because server is already installed
in Windows 11. However, sometimes it is necessary to install server as
well but I don't. If you want a complete run-down tutorial then try this
15 minutes video: <https://youtu.be/3IVRwv3jVHk?si=v9I1MeVsd7L3WFPf>
