I don't think I have the ISO for that, but as long as it's an up to date
version, it should work OK. GParted got re-written at some point, but
that might have been ten years ago.

Rufus will allow you to bypass the CPU, RAM, TPM requirements. You don't
have to boot with the USB. Simply download the ISO, use Rufus to disable
the requirements and copy the ISO to the USB drive, then open the USB
drive and open setup.exe. You will get the option for a clean install or
an upgrade and keep all your data.

As always, making a backup first is a good idea.

You can plug in a Rufus-prepped stick, and run an Upgrade Install
from it (you don't have to boot from it), and the bypass tick boxes
you clicked, still apply during the installation. That allows an
Upgrade Install on non-compliant computers.

Rufus cannot block or hide a missing SSE4.2 Population Count
instruction. On a machine with an E8400, I tried to use Rufus
to install W11, and it blocked immediately because the POPCNT
was missing. That's one thing that Rufus does not mess with,
as the presumption is, the OS will crash-on-boot if it actually
had a chance to try.
