Hi All,

My wife and I were discussion what was the most
unusual trouble call she got on the phone:

     My printer isn't working.  I need Todd to
     come fix it.  Oh, and my husband died last
     night.  I can't wait to get rid of his awful
     sweaters.

Yikes!  And yes I did fix her printer and did it
for free.

My first thoughts were along those lines, but maybe she realises she'll 
have a lot of letters to send in dealing with his death?

I think she was in a terrible shock and
