1. Can anyone find a no-account full offline installer for WhatsApp yet?

2. Is it really nearly impossible to find a single no-account full offline
   installer for MS Teams (I found the combination of bootstrapper 
   & setup & msix only).

Here's where I'm stuck at the moment (on Windows 10) for WhatsApp:

This is NOT a full offline installer; it's just a stub. 
It's useless to archive.

The situation is a little better for MS Teams in that I can find a 
combination of offline executables which will install it.

In summary, to have a complete archive, I need the full offline installers.
For MS Teams, it's three pieces, which, I guess, is better'n nothing.

But what about for WhatsApp?
Can anyone find the full offline installer for WhatsApp on Windows yet?
