Well, it's very strange. My User Account is an administrator one, but I'm having to right click on every program's setup file and choose "Run as an Administrator". This worked when I installed Nero 7 Essentials a little while ago. However, it installed the Lightscribe System Software and when I just tried to remove it using Programs and Features, I got the following error message: _________________________________________________________________________ LS_HSI You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as an administrator and then retry this installation. [OK} _________________________________________________________________________ When I click on the "OK" button, that ends the uninstall process without it doing anything. -- John C.
