Yep, you'd think from that that G4 would be easiest to maintain, and would actually *work* which you and I both seem to have found is not the case. I'm not so interested in legacy browsers, certainkly I'm not going to install a legacy browser that I haven't been using for years. So I think waterfox is probably killing itself, but I have now remembered who owns it ... it's no longer the small, independent browser ...
