The windoze kernel is C language based, and C++ is also used extensively
to architect/customize it.

It's a language in that it responds to established syntax in the same
way a human language conveys data but with variant cultural syntaxes.

Which is to say it is simultaneously as willful as esperanto and as drab
as a dirge, depending on how far one is 'permitted'  to monkey with it.

Lotsa top/down rulz and so on.

Un-Linux like, despite being a forked relative thereof.

Call it he LDS of OS's.
