Partner and I have Limit+ checked for majors in the "Over opponent's
T/O double" section.

The bidding went

RHO   Me   LHO   Partner
1C    1H   Dbl   2NT

I passed, and we had a poor result.  Partner insisted that I should
have bid 3H because his bid was Jordan.

Was it?
