I'm curious to know what makes it any of his business that I'm even
here in the first place. Much less, wondering why he is even
attempting to open any type of dialog with me.

There's nothing of interest he has to say to me anyway. He's a boring,
pedantic git with no real benefits, skill sets or abilities anyway.

One could ask you about your so-called deceased son as to whether or
not they are proud to have you, a stalking drunk, as a father.. or,
rather, sperm donor.

Yeah, the thought of you contributing anything remotely resembling a
humanoid to the gene pool turns my stomach.

*NO* - I would NEVER make such a request!

It seems, though, as if you didn't properly understand.

Someone mentioned you know of an older male subject
that beats his even older mother and you have not
reported that to the proper authorities.

Why have you not reported the violence?
Is he perhaps a fellow drunk?

So 173.192.49.146 is www.lazarus.annex.net?

Is it a permanent IP address or a dynamic one?

I've been around for a VERY long time, Shadow. ;-)

I was saddened to learn of the trouble in Brazil right now. I hope that
you and your family stay safe.

It is because I care about other people that I have spent so many
thousands of hours turning over rocks to find what may be underneath.
I've learned a great deal in the process. You and I both know that it's
impossible to verify who's who on the Internet unless, perhaps, one is
eyeball to eyeball using Skype or similar. Even email provides little
'protection' as email headers can easily be forged by those 'in the
know'. Sadly, most real-life folk I know don't really give a damn. :-(

Here's a copy of a letter I sent to Graham Cluley about four years ago:-

https://www.grahamcluley.com/ (A good man!)

=

It's a very long story, Graham, starting with when I got stung in 2005
for £245.00 - paid by PayPal to someone who allegedly sold me a mobile
phone on eBay.

After a long struggle, by snail mail, I eventually got my money back.
However, on the very day that funds were repaid to my account I received
email messages from the 'aggrieved party', culminating in what I
considered to be a threat (to call on me in person) - it was then that I
involved the police (the then High Tech Crime Unit). Long story short -
they advised me that as I'd got my money back, no crime had been
committed! Grrr! They also advised me to ditch my computer (and get a
new one!) and learn as much as I could about malware.

As I had retired early, I decided that I would, indeed, investigate
malware and cybercrime and have spent thousands of hours so doing. Quite
fun really!

I happened across a certain Dustin Cook who took a dislike to me looking
for 'bad guys'. To punish me, he has now used his involvement with The
Pirate Bay via his group known as HHI (Happy Hacker Industries) and has
just published my name, address and telephone number with his latest
release, here:
http://thepiratebay.ee/torrent/7214617/Adele-21-(Retail)-2011-HHI

There's a long list of his previous releases, here:
http://thepiratebay.ee/user/raidy/

In the first instance, will you please confirm that what he is involved
in - distributing music in this manner - is considered illegal?

If you were in my shoes right now, what action would you take?

I'll be happy to chat by phone if you wish.

Thank you for responding.

David B.

If you WERE to read some of my more ancient posts you might just get to
know a little more about me ..... but then, why bother?!!

Yet the drunken "bad guy" hunter has not
captured even one children fucker in his home
area of Devon.

Makes one wonder why?
maybe they are sharing with you?

Such an accusation implies prior knowledge. How many did you
"share" this week?

Amazed you are still alive, what with the incidence of AIDS,
availability of alcohol and the amount of enemies you've made. Gratz.

The CIA have been organizing coups for decades. This is just
another one. Expect fatalities.

Skype uses face and voice recognition to datamine you. And can
easily be hacked to present a completely different face and voice. But
you knew that.

High Tech Crime Unit ? Larf. They probably hoped you could
not afford a new one and would leave them alone.

I'm sorry you didn't find the time to learn.

It's probably a decent release. I hope you enjoyed it. I
believe HHI uses high grade Lame encodes. Downloading it in England
would be absolutely illegal, though, even parts of it. I THINK even
posting the URL could get you in jail.
>
>There's a long list of his previous releases, here:

Again, jail time. Hope nobody turns you in for posting illegal
(in England) URLs.
>

No, why should I go out of my way to defend truly evil
corporations, like the ones behind the RIAA lobbies ?

I'd forget I was blackmailed 11 years ago. Not that it could
ever happen to me. I don't do pedo.

No, that way you would probably post all my data and record my
voice and hand it over to the NSA. It would not be the first time.

Well, at least you had the decency to keep the OT flag up

Sorry, I don't do shortened URLs. They are datamining
trackers, every single one of them. They record the IP of people
clicking on them and cross-reference with other analytics.
But you knew that, right ?
