He's a slimeball, much like yourself. No wonder you consider him to be
a good guy. I know a lot! about Clueless cluley, David... He got busted
(rofl) telling porkies to reporters about virus writers. Sophos muzzled
his postings to usenet for awhile over it. He was also featured as a
payload in a virus.

Cluley mainly liked to run his mouth and try to 'catch' evil vxers.
He'd try to blackmail them if he thought he knew their real identity.
Sound familiar to your nonsense David? Did you learn those lame tactics
by observing him?

I don't think it's fun, personally, to invest thousands of hours to
learn something, and fail to do so. You have no useful knowledge of
either subject at this time. You might want to consider the possibility
that malware and cybercrime? (another buzzword.. gotta love em, good
advertising material; no solid content) are subjects that you won't
ever have a solid grasp on. Perhaps it's time for you to find something
else that you can be productive in.

As our published email correspondence clearly shows, I did no such
thing. You're lying.

As our published usenet correspondence clearly shows, You were dox'd
via .nfo files courtesy of HHI for attempting to dox me by posting a
gsv into several different newsgroups (a new thread for each, no
crossposts) of what you thought was my house. You provided several
different reasons for having done that, too.

I have absolutely NO involvement with pir8bay or any other torrent
site, actually. I've told you this, in detail, several times, before.
I'm a co-founder of HHI, it's not 'my group'. You've been told that,
several times before, as well.

While it's true that your information was re-released to punish you, it
wasn't for the reason you stated above. And, considering our history
and how many times this has come up, it's a fair statement to write
that you wrote the above knowing it wasn't true.

Re-released as in, your information was provided (for the most part) by
you via your website registration. Your details were confirmed by using
a program which is the equ to a UK phonebook. Nothing shared by HHI
technically, isn't public information.

You're lying, again.

> There's a long list of his previous releases, here:

While they are HHI releases, I maintain no account/direct affiliation
whatsoever with any sites that provide our material to the masses.
That's not how it works. This has been explained to you, in detail,
numerous times before.

> In the first instance, will you please confirm that what he is
> involved in - distributing music in this manner - is considered
> illegal?

I'm not a distributer, David. It's considered illegal for you to commit
computer trespass and copyright infringe, but, that hasn't seemed to
bother you so far.

> If you were in my shoes right now, what action would you take?

You have no options. If you didn't want the .nfo releases to greet you,
you shouldn't have tried to dox me and then make up several different
reasons for having done it. You thought you'd teach me a lesson for
refusing to help you, but, it's you who was to become the student.
Sadly, you still seem incapable of being able to absorb the
knowledge/advice passed along to you.

> I'll be happy to chat by phone if you wish.

You previously stated, several times, that the address, phone number,
etc, that HHI released on you wasn't valid. Are you now claiming
otherwise? If that's the case, you were lying (several times) when you
said otherwise. OR, you're lying now.

I'd be happy to provide our email correspondence again for those
interested in getting to know a little more about you. It's worth

share any personal information with you, or, when convenient for you,
it will be leaked.
