Anyone rude enough to ignore my posted rights as a property owner, does not deserve, and usually does not receive a polite response from me. If they get belligerent or threaten me, all bets are off. I keep a can of bear spray by the door, and if necessary, I wouldn't hesitate to use it. I've only had one nasty neighbor threaten to "come up and have a 'talk' with me" a few years ago. The guy's a fucking hothead, and no stranger to the cops or the local jail. I told him I'd have him arrested if he stepped foot on my property.
