Nope. The heat from inside the car would radiate out until the
temperatures MATCH. Then the heat transfer stops. For it to keep going
you would have to do the exact opposite of what he just said... have
heat radiate from the colder place to the warmer!

And then the frost forms more on the outside because there is more
moisture there.

If the temperatures match then one would also
have to scrape frost off the inside of the windshield,
too. So, you theory is incorrect as proven by the
empirical facts of the matter.

>And then the frost forms more on the outside because there is more

Wrong! When the doors of an automobile are opened
the relative humidity on the inside and on the outside
equal out. As a matter of fact, given that human
being emit a lot of water vapor, chances are the
humidity inside the car will be higher than the humidity
outside the car and that means MORE frost should
form on the inside of the windshield than on the outside.

And, another thing, there is no wind inside the windshield
to sublimate the frost whereas there is usually some wind
on the outside of the windshield to do the same. No, it
is clear that the outside of the windshield is colder than
the inside of the windshield and that is due to the FACT
that the cold is coming IN from the outside not the other
way around. Doh!

Why would you assume equal levels of moisture inside and out?

This is what we see when people are driving in a cold car.

He's right, heat gives itself to cold. The faster moving molecules try
to balance and they do so by moving to the slower moving ones. An air
conditioner does not make cold air, it removes the heat.

Moron! Faster moving molecules SURE do not pass
