It's because the zombies are always willing.  The necromancer sometimes 
calls on golems and archers.  If he gets too many of these, his hordes 
begin to crumble, firwst coeme first serve.  The zombie master can raise 
an entire fallow field and retain full control.  Believe me, I've seen it.
