Of course not: there's no such thing as a god.

The truth of course is...there are no logical steps to your deductive
conclusion, it's 'just a feeling' you have.

You 'feel' there's no such thing as a god, ...

You seem to be engaged in a conversation with yourself. Do you know when, where, and who you are?

I can't help but wonder, is that a subtle reference to the Catholic Clergy?

Yes, that could yield an interesting answer too (and possibly help to identify yet another run-of-the-right-wing-mill con-artist).

Tens of thousands, actually, and unfortunately The Vatican has been doing plenty to move their clergy out of jurisdictional reach of the law -- in my strong opinion that makes them complicit in an "accessory after-the-fact" kind of way.

Yes, and it is certainly a diversion tactic, but it does have some merit in response to an anti-theistic position since anti-theism does also carry a burden of proof (although if I had to choose between theism and anti-theism, I would be in the anti-theism camp).

"To state that one has no belief regarding God's existence is to decline to take a position, one way or the other, [thus] there is nothing for the person who takes such a position to prove, so the burden of proof is not taken on. To state that God does not exist puts the burden of proof on the person [who] makes such a statement."

I do have a "would you stop going on about your ridiculous, unprovable
fairy stories and turn your mind to something marginally useful?!" attitude
about theism, especially theistic apologetics and theology in general.
I'm not an "anti-theist" in a pure, philosophical sense: you can't prove
a negative, so you can't prove that no supernatural creatures exist, only
point out the lack of evidence to reach a threshold level of credibility.
"There is no ghod" isn't a total certainty, but it is as near as to make no
practical difference. If you want to think rarefied thoughts, study ethics:
no ghod required.

Given the breadth of diversity among the various competing denominations of the may different religions that presently exist throughout the world, your point is both rational and reasonable in my estimation, and I therefore agree with you (at least in a general sense).

And you feel there is?

That means you have faith in a feeling.
