I suspect, myself, that the process of ideation, i.e. having ideas, is rather like crystallization. Turn your brain into a saturated solution of little ideas, then make it still and cold and, if you are lucky, those little ideas will assemble themselves into one big one.

God is the light. Only if you have a light with the word GOD painted on it. Meditation has nothing to do with religion. People who aren't religious meditate all the time.
