In 2014 the old nursing school building in Des Moines, Iowa was
brought down via controlled demolition. If you, or anyone else

Note that a controlled demolition is nothing like what Rocky
claims happened on 9/11. True, it's not a direct comparison as the
nursing school was not 110 stories tall and was empty of people and
furnishings. Plus it was brick and mortar, lacking steel supports. But
it does show how a controlled demolition works. And it further proves
Rocky's claims wrong.
