Again, more preaching and no problem solving.

The kernel sends a notice to udev (eudev) that a device
has been detected.  Udev (eudev) then reads some files (rules)
and then creates a device node.

Static nodes just remove the middleman by already having
nodes in place.  There is no difference, or at least ther
should be no difference.
