I actually prefer to remove all unused constraints once I know which ones are
really needed.  The UCF can get very large if you use a chip in the ZIF socket,
and something in the expansion slot.  The CB-II has lots more resources than
the CB-I.  More fun, and more complex at the same time.   8>)
