Halloween party prep

[A handsome, elderly black kitty with a stylishly short tail steps out 
of the teleporter, accompanied by a younger black girlcat with a 
similarly short tail.]

"I'z purrty sure dis is da place, Tina. I head kitty voices all over da 
place!"

"Yes, I hear dem too. Oh look, here comes someone. Hello, are you 
associated with da Hemingway House?"

"I am indeed! I am Jessie, the concierge of the cat lodge and manager of 
the museum. You must be here for Empress Francesca's Hallowween party?"

"We are! I'm Short-Tail Tina and dis is my uncle Short-Tail Tom. We 
haven't been around the Community much for the last few years, but when 
we heard about the party we had to come. Is anyone else here yet, or 
have arrived too early?"

"Not at all! A Master Mercurio and his assistant Gregor have checked in 
and are currently enjoying tea in the garden. A group calling themselves 
the Second World cats are expected momentarily, and the new Countess 
Katsenplatz should arrive early this evening. Fortunately the feline 
wing of the House has been recently remodeled and expanded, and the 
human side of the house has been seeing lower than normal traffic 
lately. We should have quite a good time! Oh, and maybe you can help me 
- I have a message to expect someone from FluffyKitz Catering to look 
over the facilities. Are you familiar with them I'm not quite sure what 
to expect."
