[More kitties start to arrive, some wearing Halloween costumes. It turns 
out that the teleporter gateway is just outside the cat cemetery, so 
everyone get an appropriately spooky introduction.

In the garden on the south side of the house kitties are relaxing in the 
sun, enjoying refreshments. Down in the basement, tables are set up with 
all sorts of food, including deserts, arranged. The main part of the 
basement is cleared for use as a dance floor, and the band is currently 
playing Monster Mash.

Barnabas is eyeing the deserts carefully, looking for anything 
containing tuna, when he notices an elegantly attired lady cat enter.]

B: Hello, dere. I'm Barnabas, an I'm helping my sisfur Francesca as a 
greeter. I don't fink I've seen you before. Can I get you anything?

Ophelia: Hello, Barnabas, I'm pleased to meet you. I'm Ophelia, and I 
have not been to a Community event before. My grandmother used to be 
very involved in the Community - she was Countess Persia von 
Katzenplatz. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge a while ago, and I inherited 
her position. Officially I'm Countess Ophelia von Katzenplatz, but 
please just call me Ophelia.

B: Well, how about some nice snacks, and mebbe something to drink? [The 
Countess nods, so Barnabas picks up a tray and adds some grilled salmon, 
tuna rolls, some roast beast, and two cups of catgrass tea] I think you 
might enjoy these. Would you mind if I join you?

Ophelia: Please do!

[They retire to a table near the door.]
