Instead of saying "This is obviously a flaw, and you're a fool if you don't agree", you should say "IMHO, this is a flaw, and this is how I think it could be fixed". Then, if someone points out a problem in your suggested fix, you can say "OK, I see your point, I'll try to see whether I can think of a way around that".
