Well, theoretically true.

But actuall bomb building is greatly limitted by lack of the parts.

Einstein worked together with Leo Szillard already in Berlin.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leo_Szilard

These two (Einstein and Szillard) patented a device, which is called
'Einstein fridge'.

The students who tried to replicate that fridge found, that it didn't work.

The only known use of this device is as part of a fast breading reactor.

So, possibly, Einstein and Szillard didn't tell the whole truth.

Einstein wrote four goundbraking papers in 1905 (besides of twenty
reviews for Annalen der Physik and some minor stuff).

One of these papers won him a Nobel price and one is commenly called 'SRT'.

The actual titel was 'Zur Elektrodynamik bewegter Körper' (on the
electrodynamics of moving bodies).

Einstein worked at this time in the patent office in Bern (usually six
days a week with ten hours each) and had a family with a new born baby.

What made me wonder: when did he sleep?
