That means, that the radiation, which hit the atmosphere makes the air 
glow blueish.

Iow: the sky radiates itself, after being hit by something from outside 
the Earth.

If sunlight would be white, the atmopshere should also reflect in white 
and not glow in blue.


I don't what actaully makes the atmosphere glow blueish, but assume 
something 'electric' (kind of plasma glow).
