Perhaps he's associating it with women on the beach? > I have heard, that Sun and Earth are magnetically coupled and that the sun would emit so called scalar waves. These waves are invisible and become visible only within the atmosphere. The logigitudinal scalar waves from sun hit the outer atmosphere and become the usual transversal ewm-wave, which our eyes can actually see. But the outer space is black, because we cannot see these scalar waves. Anyhow: the interaction of radiation in outer space and upper atmosphere is kind of rapid, what is causing a blueish colour of the region, where sun's radion interacts with the air. TH
