I'm sure you realise that you appear to be saying that 'diet' is an
unchangeable monolith in a similar manner to the shibboleths of a
religion, but surely you can't be that ignorant. But, then again as
you've showed on many occasions when you've butted in to other people's
discussions, perhaps you can...

If you knew anything about how diet and medical conditions interact -
not a familiar topic to many doctors, so little chance of you getting
anything useful from your medical guru - you wouldn't say anything quite
so silly. But, then again, when has that stopped you butting in?
