it's not at all irrelevant because the ads will be ignored by most users 
by far as they simply want to watch the video, which kinda defeats their 
purpose

and what do they do in the ad breaks? turn the sound down or off, chat, 
check their phone, or go and make a cuppa, or else record the show and 
FF the ads
