you cc'ing me on it and all subsequent conversations.

FYI, what he may or may not do was not of any real interest, as  I used his story 
as YA example of the hypocrisy that there is within the Android/Linux "community"
for when people run into IT problems:  the COLA Herd is quick to deflect blame into
such classics as improper data backup strategies, 'stupidity' of getting hit with malware,
broken hardware, etc...all the classical 'Blame the User' deflections.
