Right. And MS *never* does anything about it... or if they do it is all done
in secret with *no* court cases or any other public evidence.

It is a secret contract and when others break the terms of it MS is forced
to ignore it because if they fought it in court then it would no longer be a
secret. That *must* be it!

Exactly correct. Meanwhile, Google is openly admitting to stopping Asus from
selling Aliyon OS and most of the advocates have nothing bad to say about
this (though Homer, to his credit, has).
