You don't even have to lose the phone itself. If your luggage goes astray
(extremely rare I know) and with it your charger what happens if your phone
battery is flat?

People forget that documents stored on electronic devices are only
accessible while the device is powered. A piece of paper lasts (pretty much)
forever without charging.
