Carte Blanche dead (again)

Well, I'm not sure whats wrong with all my equipment recently, maybe
the recent earthquake has caused some issues...but seriously, this is
the second time I've had problems with this board and I've hardly used
it for more than a few hours total. First time was a flash that went
wrong, even though I followed the instructions to a tee. I fixed that
by purchasing a Xlinix USB programming cable and re-flashing. However
this time things are very different. (This is unrelated to the Apple
II instability issue I'm having on another machine).

I powered up my machine a few days ago and the VGA monitor connected
to the CB card would not show anything. I powered down and powered up
again and the JAT menu sprang to life. Since then the issue kept
repeating and getting rapidly worse. Today...nothing. Dead, even
though all the LED's are lit as usual. I have even tried re-
programaing the firmware with my Xlinix cable, but I get an error. I
have tried doing a 'IN#' command to the CB card directly to boot of
the SD card, but the computer fails to do anything and drops into the
monitor displaying some code.

Anyway, it isn't like it's got TTL logic, so It's probably going to
impossible for me to fix if it's a hardware issue. If it's some magic
to do with reprogramming it, then I do have the Xlinix cable so that
may be possible. I have emailed Steve, as I actually think the best
solution would be to send it back for a fix (and may even ask if he
can upgrade it to a 500 as discussed in a recent thread) or
replacement, but if anyone has any insights I would be very grateful.
