Help - my printer seems to have lost contact with my Armini. As it doesn't look Armini-specific, I'm posting here. The printer is a Canon ip3500 ink-jet USB connected, which worked fine till a few days ago, using a RISC OS driver provided by some kind soul years ago. Printer control on the icon-bar menu now shows the Status as 'unavailable' whether the printer is on or off. Replacing the USB lead made no difference. Connecting to another USB socket known to be working made no difference. I tried removing the printer from the Printer control panel and installing it again as a new printer, but it then shows as parallel connected (presumably the default) with USB greyed out. Apologies if this is is something so trivial I should have spotted it. Peter Nelson. -- For GYMD and milestones, see: http://pnelson.orpheusweb.co.uk
