I don't know about Emacs, but for TUI browsers with Javascript support ELinks is one that I'm aware of. However like the experimental JS support in Netsurf it doesn't seem to be advanced enough to be useful (although unlike Netsurf, ELinks uses Mozilla's SpiderMonkey JS engine, so I'm not exactly sure what makes it so difficult to get right). -- __ __ #_ < |\| |< _#
