Loads ok here using  NetSurf Dev 3301 on an Iyonix running 5.23 (18th-Jan-16)
with JS enabled.

Repeatable one click every time inputting the URL each time.

I do notice however that the URL shown on the page is;
<http://www.freebmd.org.uk/>
Try this.
