I think the bit you're looking for is *probably* the network configuration -
double-click on the !Boot application, select 'Network' from the
configuration window and 'Internet' from the "Network configuration" window
that opens. Then 'Interfaces' and (probably) the Configure button to the
right of 'USB'.
This is where your IP address is controlled from. Although if it's set to
'via DHCP' I think it's being automatically allocated from your ISP anyway.
Switching off the power to your router/modem might be a better way of
forcing it to give you a new address...

If it works on other sites I don't see how this can be the problem, really
:-(
I can report that the FreeCEN site works here for me very nicely using
Netsurf with JavaScript disabled. And produces some very interesting
results!
