There certainly used to be a firm like this in the back streets of Whitehaven, but I have not looked (or needed to look) for a few years. When I went in some years ago trying to find a parallel cable they did give me a slightly funny look, before saying 'no', but the last time I was in looking for an ethernet cable they charged me far less than I expected, so they must be OK in some areas. I am not sure if my next-door neighbour, who does know his Windows software stuff goes as far as weilding a soldering iron - must ask.
