It doesn't matter in this case.  Because pseudo-gravitational potential has no ability to dilate the rate of time on a cesium atomic clock.  Gravity does.  Calculate your ass off if you like, Prokary.  But know that those calculations belong on a different thread.  BTW, we who are able to think in terms of relativity speak in terms of the radius of spacetime curvature, and never in terms of the antiquated gravitational potential.

One more time:  If the clock rotating in the NASA centrifuge at 2g indicates a 4.5 msec. dilation after 100 days then curved spacetime is exposed a mere chimera of a scientific dark age.  If there is no dilation then GR survives for the next round of testing.
