Of course not. You have installed the module in a different way, so 
you would not even have a place where you could put a !Run file.

No. Either you install the module in a subdirectory as suggested in 
the Wiki, then that subdirectory needs a !Run file, or you place the 
module in PreDesk directly, in which case there is no need for a run 
file, nor an obvious location where you could place one anyway.
