TMS320C3x/C4x Optimizing C Compiler uses 32 bits

I remember reading a compiler manual and thinking, wow, that's
unusual.

It's not listed here: www.knosof.co.uk/cbook
so the manual reading happened after 2008.

Running pdfgrep over my collection of manuals, using the obvious
search patterns does not return anything.

An hour of google searching does not find anything.
