This is what happens when nontechnical people attempt to legislate
technological solutions to social problems.

I'm still waiting to hear what WindRiver is going to be doing about
this.

This is on a par with the ECPA of 1986 which defines subcarriers
as a form of encryption and consequently makes it illegal to listen
to stereo FM.
