I wrote 2 days ago: "Microsoft Windows 10 wants during recent weeks to install another update, but did not force this update. I do not know whether a Microsoft coder agreed to stop forcing updates to Windows 10, or whether Microsoft 10 is waiting for more time or more reboots before it might force an update."
