Very MUCH MORE VALUABLE persons died on this duty, like Schwarzschild (he enlisted being 41, by his own will), from a disease the got at the russian front, or many scientists from UK, Russia and other countries (young or old). But Einstein and the homo Eddington were "conscience objectors pacifists". How convenient for two tremendous piece of shit. They buttfucked one to each other, and enjoyed that, while decent people was dying. They became "secret best friends", to not draw public attention, while meeting in private at Queen's castle after WWI. Historians remark this dark aspect of their relationship. He was a coward in life, crying for foul actions against him all his life, one way or another. But didn't hesitate for 1 second to back-stab those who helped him, after he used them (chewing and spitting remains). He didn't pay attention to the gender, as he tried anyone equally: if you are useful to me, you are my friend. Nobody can have 100s of friends, like the fucker used to tell: my friend X, my friend Y, ..... my friend 152 (Hilbert case is too much).

Good of you to say that those who went to war and died were the decent ones, while anyone that stayed home and did not fight in combat are detestable. Rose the Riveter will be horrified at her lapse of morals. Also good of you to glorify war in this way, making the combatants heroes and the others just beneficiaries of that noblesse. In that sense, E Teller must be a hero of yours, pouring his efforts into waging war effectively. Oh wait, that’s not what you said at all, was it? I wonder now what exactly you ARE trying to say? This must be one of those things where you are just “poking fun” to be provocative. And so saying stupid things becomes a hobby in that pursuit? > > He was a coward in life, crying for foul actions against him all his > life, one way or another. He wanted no further involvement. Why would he want it instead? Mitchell Raemsch

Why would he want it instead? Because his fears made him flee from Germany in 1933, and being 54 y.o., had to age doing nothing at a foreign country (US). Hitler and his acolytes wouldn't had dare to touch even a hair of Einstein and his family. It would have been Hitler's movement suicide. Einstein probably dreamed of aging in his native country. He could have help MANY scientist being there. He was UNTOUCHABLE. After all, by 1933 he had been the most famous scientist in the entire world for more than 14 years. Who would do something against him? But he went deep in bitterness and resentment for German nationals and German establishment. He (IMO) would have liked to see all of them obliterated (the nazi establishment). Who could blame him?. He was human after all. Hate causes murder. Deep and spread hate cause genocides, and is used as a political tool for domination by those in power. Just check the last 100 years in every continent, and tell me I'm wrong.

Only Deutsche Physik/Arische Physik (German/Aryan physics) was acceptable, it was part of the Nazi nationalistic movement. Had they caught Einstein, he would have been first in line for the gas chamber, and made an example of. The Nazis happily sent much of the extended family of WW1 German national hero Fritz Haber to the gas chambers. Haber invented a process to create ammonia in industrial quantities, an ingredient desperately needed by WW1 Germany to manufacture explosives, as well as much of the WW1 chemical warfare gases. Yet Haber was forced to resign his professorship shortly after the Nazis gained power, and died shortly after. His partner, Max Born, had his doctorate and German citizenship cancelled, leaving him stateless. Fortunately for him he got out of Germany quickly.

But Richard is retired and has no power to protect, no position to maintain. So it’s a despicable tactic done without an end to try to justify the means. Employment of despicable tactics just for the fun of it is just a lapse of character, like throwing rocks at neighborhood cats. -- Odd Bodkin -- maker of fine toys, tools, tables

You, Bodkin, should know this better, with your double major in Philosophy and Mathematics. I can see how hard you try, but not everybody has the same talent for a given art. In this case, rhetoric as a vector for sophistry. More than 3,000 years of history back up this elusive art (for the less minded). The GAME is to find the FALLACY disguised in the elaborated discourse, and prove its existence. But, as an ancient art, today it has lost its meaning (vulgar people around, a lot). QUOTES: Sophistry Has Roots in Greek Philosophy. Sophist (which comes from Greek sophistēs, meaning "wise man" or "expert") earned a negative connotation as "a captious or fallacious reasoner." Sophistry is reasoning that seems plausible on a superficial level but is actually unsound, or reasoning that is used to deceive. Sophistry: "specious but fallacious reasoning," mid-14c., from Old French sophistrie (Modern French sophisterie), from Medieval Latin sophistria, from Latin sophista, sophistes (see sophist). "Sophistry applies to reasoning as sophism to a single argument". Was Pythagoras a sophist? 490 BC – c. 420 BC) was a pre-Socratic Greek philosopher and rhetorical theorist. He is numbered as one of the sophists by Plato. In his dialogue Protagoras, Plato credits him with inventing the role of the professional sophist.
