Is 10 good or bad? :-) It means that you have ten publications that have been cited ten or more times. It's not particularly impressive for someone of your experience. My h is 51, but there are others in my field who have done a lot better. Alan Fersht, for example, is almost exactly my age and has been working as a scientist for exactly the same number of years with some overlap in interest, and has h = 135. That's _very_ impressive.
