I'm insecure, what you try to prove.

But, anyhow, wavelength of em-waves is not constant upon relative movement.

Frequency shift is a well known phenomenon called red-shift or Doppler 
effect.

Now you seem to assume, that different sorts of redshifted light exist, 
which move at different speeds, while having the same frequency.

I would say, that this idea violates simple logic.
