Is that so? You claim to know the theories regarding elevation (gravity) and motion so why are you asking this question? Are you uncertain about something? The first problem always is properly defining the experiment which is never as simple as it might superficially seem. For example, a stationary earth that is perfectly circular with no mountains in the path and so forth. It gets to be a rather lengthy description if done correctly.
