Since Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro sez he won a third term with 

51% of votes...why would anyone doubt him??? Dominion and Smartmatic Voting machines in his country

are programmed to win with 51% of the votes! 

Venesula dictator PAID for the design of Dominion and Smartmatic Voting machines to never lose an election.

It was designed 'specifially' to rig elections.


In computer lingo, it is programmed using an algorithm to calculate the votes needed
to flip the votes. It is programmed to take 51% of the vote and flip it from opponent to Maduro.

Numbers don't lie.

The computer needs a person behind the computer screen to select the vote in order for the flip to be activated.
