if i take a balloon
with helium
and watch the balloon
go up
if i'm not quick
i won't be able to
catch the string..
and it continues to 
go up..
and, and
it appears
farther
and farther
and smaller
and, and
it looks
slower..
and it disapears
i can no longer 
see it..
but
the balloon
is still moving fast
and it isn't smaller
but from the
ballon's perpective
i stopped.
