I have the 1.5 GHz SEESI nanoVNA clone which seems OK for crude log mag 
measurements up to its claimed bandwidth but the phase response sucks 
much above 1 GHz:

This the unwrapped phase of S21 with about 500p of port extension, and a 
100mm length of microstrip on FR4 as the DUT.
