If you like you could open a Debian bug report for tracking. Not exactly 
sure which package, maybe libqt6webenginecore6.

For later reference:

kontact does not show antialiased fonts in mail content (and in akregator)

So it seems this will affect everything that uses Qt WebEngine with 
fractional scaling on Wayland.
